Loving Messy People: Helping Our People Help One Another

May 5, 2020

8:30am – 1:00pm

Category: Equip Quarterly Meeting | Coordinator: Brian Colmery

How do we train our people to help one another grow into the image of Jesus, even when things get messy? Life is messy, and when the mess of life comes out many people don't know what to do. But we as pastors are called to both shepherd our people through the mess and teach them to shepherd others as part of the body of Christ.

Join us for our Spring event to hear Dr. Scott Mehl explain how we can equip our people to love one another through the mess of life. Whether it's anxiety, depression, unpredictable circumstances, relational problems, or something else entirely, God wants his church to grow itself up in love in the midst of the real problems we encounter. Scott has extensive experience as a local church pastor, a certified counselor, and the author of a new book Loving Messy People
